With your help, Bellaire Little League will turn Dirt into Diamonds by building a new sport complex at Pine Street and Avenue B in Bellaire adjacent to Horn Academy.
Phase I construction has just finished with the installation of two regulation Little League baseball fields, one Little League tee-ball field, three batting cages, covered bleachers, energy-efficient, computer-controlled directional lighting, and electronic scoreboards.
Phase II construction will begin in summer 2013 and will encompass the building of a multi-purpose building that will house a handicapped accessible restroom area, storage facility, concession stand, and water fountains. Several park benches and a couple of picnic tables will also be added to the park.> Our campaign goal is $750,000 and your support will help the League avoid taking on debt to construct the new facility. The fields are scheduled to open in the spring of 2013 during Phase II construction. A rendering of the new complex can be viewed here>. There are many opportunities for donors to go to bat for Bellaire Little League. A limited number of naming opportunities remain available for major donors – a current listing of available opportunities is available here>.
